Tools I Love

Powerful tools of business for online entrepreneurs

You cannot create a well-rounded online success alone! You need powerful platforms and tools to leverage.

There’s a lot of platforms and tools out there, so much that choosing the right ones for your business can be quiet overwhelming, but getting the right ones will surely change the game for your business.

Over the years, I’ve worked hard testing various online business platforms and tools to find the ones that can be the real game-changers for my client’s online business. Here are the crucial few I believe in so much that I now use them myself on a regular basis.

I only recommend platforms and tools I have used to manage and grow my own business or a client’s business. There’s no hype or fluff here—just the tools I found essential to online business success.

So stop wasting your time searching Google for the tools you need… Everything you need is right here!

Written Content Editing

Grammarly

Grammarly will help you eliminate grammar errors by editing your content while you write. You can use it as an app or as an extension added to your internet browser. If you chose the option of using it as an app, you will have to type your content in the app before transferring it to whatever platform you desire but if you use it as an extension added to your browser, it will automatically proofread everything you write on the internet notwithstanding the platform you’re on (be it email, Facebook, website backend etc) and make necessary suggestions to help you edit your work. Although there is a premium version, the FREE version is more than enough!

Ginger

Ginger, just like Grammarly, is a content editing tool that edits your work as you write. But unlike Grammarly, it can be installed in Microsoft Word! If you like to write most of your content in Microsoft Word before you transfer them to whatever platform you desire then Ginger is the powerful solutions you need to improve your writing and productivity. It will automatically proofread your writings and make suggestions on how to correct them. The FREE version is equally more than enough to fix your writing needs.

Keyword Research

Google Keyword Planner

Keyword Planner is a great tool to discover new keywords related to your business and see estimates of the searches they receive as well as how much it cost to target them. I find the forecast functionality very useful. The forecasts function takes into account any impact of market changes within a period of 7-10 days so it’s really a powerful tool for laying the groundwork for a successful campaign. It is easy for everyone, from all levels of experience, to understand and use and it is FREE!

Keyword Finder

If you’re researching long-tail keywords with low SEO difficulty then Keyword Finder is a great tool to use. Just like SEMrush, it provides you with keywords, search volume, cost per click as well as a difficulty ranking for keywords based on SEO stats of webpages that rank high in search. There is a free version available, which is really all you need but I would recommend the paid version for better exposure to insight.

Uber Suggest

Ubersuggest is a great tool for doing profitable and easy to win SEO keyword analysis, search traffic and competitor’s research. It gives you insight into the strategies that are working for others in your niche so that you can gain an edge over your competitors if you know what to do with the insight. You can export your search result to enable you to plan your content calendar easily. The FREE version is basically all you need but I will recommend the paid version for better result.

SEMrush

SEMrush is one platform with everything you need to dominate your niche online. It’s awesome for SEO, content marketing, competitor research, PPC and social media marketing. It helps you learn what people are searching for such as keywords, similar keywords, search volume, etc. so that you’d know how to tailor your content to attract your desired audience. You’d equally learn cost per click for ads purposes. The FREE version is sufficient but I will recommend the paid version for a full and better experience. It would have been my favorite keyword research tool but for the fact that its functions are not available to my dear country, Nigeria.
